How to use
- Choose your microphone, and turn the voice settings on or off.
- Select Record. Pause and resume as you like, then select Stop.
- Play back each recording, then download it.
Questions
Is my recording uploaded?
No. Audio goes from your microphone straight into this page, and is saved only when you download it.
Which settings should I use?
For speech, leave all three on. For music or a good external microphone, turn them off, as they can make instruments sound thin.
What format are recordings in?
Download gives a compact WebM or M4A file, depending on your browser. Download WAV gives uncompressed audio that any editing app can open.
Why did my recordings disappear?
Recordings are kept on this page only. Download them before you close or reload it.
