- Fill in your details and links.
- Add a photo or logo link, and pick a colour and font.
- Select Copy signature and paste it into your email app’s signature settings.

How do I add it to Gmail?
Open Settings, then See all settings. Under Signature, create a new one and paste. Save the changes at the bottom of the page.
How do I add it to Outlook?
In Outlook on the web or new Outlook, open Settings, Accounts, then Signatures, and paste. In classic Outlook, go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures.
How do I add it to Apple Mail?
Open Mail, then Settings, Signatures. Add a signature, untick “Always match my default message font”, and paste.
Why does the image need a link?
Most email apps block images stored inside the signature. Upload your photo or logo somewhere public, such as your website, and use its https link.
